What this website does not do

The site is purely static. Specifically:

• No cookies. None are set — not even strictly necessary ones.
• No tracking, no analytics. No analytics or statistics service is embedded.
• No third-party fonts or scripts. Every font, image and stylesheet is served from our own origin. There is no connection to Google Fonts, to a CDN, or to any social network.
• No forms. No data is submitted through the website.

That is why this site has no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.

Server log files

This website is hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) using Cloudflare Pages. When a page is requested, Cloudflare processes technically necessary access data as our processor — in particular the IP address, the date and time of access, the resource requested, the referrer and the browser identification.

This processing is necessary to deliver and secure the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in technically sound and secure operation).

Transfer to the USA. Cloudflare is a US company, so processing outside the EU cannot be excluded. The transfer relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses under Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR together with Cloudflare's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Video (YouTube) — only on click

A video is embedded on this website. It is not loaded automatically. Until you click it, no connection whatsoever is made to YouTube or Google: what you see is a preview image served from our own origin.

Only when you click the preview is the video loaded from YouTube. At that point the provider — Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, where applicable jointly with Google LLC, USA — receives your IP address and technical details about your browser and device, and may set cookies and similar technologies. We use the youtube-nocookie.com variant, which collects less data but does not avoid the connection itself.

The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, given by that click and revocable at any time for the future by not starting the video again. We have no influence over Google's processing; see Google's own privacy policy for details.

Contacting us by email

If you write to us, we process what you send solely to deal with your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding), and additionally Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns possible collaboration. We delete correspondence once it is no longer needed and no retention obligation applies.

Donations

Donations reach us by bank transfer, not through this website. We process the resulting data to allocate the donation and to issue a receipt; the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR together with tax retention obligations.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). Please contact the controller named above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is that of the federal state in which the association has its seat: [competent supervisory authority, follows from the seat of the association]
